Deposits using Mobile payment

Mobile payment allows you to credit your account using the mobile operators:

How do I deposit using Mobile payment?

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Cashier.
  2. Under the 'Deposit' tab, select ‘Mobile payment’ and choose one of the available methods:
    • ECOMMPAY_MP
    • AccentPay

To deposit via ECOMMPAY_MP:

  1. Choose one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  2. Enter your deposit bonus code (if available) and select the green button.
  3. Enter your mobile phone number and tick the below option if you want to keep this method as your fast deposit account, then select the green arrow.

Once the system receives the notification with the final transaction status, the confirmation will show on your screen.

To deposit via AccentPay:

  1. Enter your mobile number and the deposit amount, tick the box if you want to keep this method as your fast deposit account and select 'Submit'.
  2. You’ll see a pop-up informing you that you’ll receive an SMS message on your mobile with the instructions to follow to complete the deposit.
    • If you have insufficient funds, the system will reject the transaction.
    • If you have sufficient funds, you will receive a message asking to reply, either accepting or rejecting the transaction:
      • To accept it, reply with a 1, and you’ll receive another text message confirming the completion.
      • To reject it, reply with a 0, and you’ll receive a new text message confirming the rejection.

Is there a maximum limit per transaction?

Each operator has a different maximum limit per transaction (ever 24 hours):

  • Beeline mobile: 15000 RUB
  • Megafon: 5000 RUB
  • MTS: 14999 RUB
  • TELE2 (mobile phone pre-paid account): 5000 RUB

Are there any fees for the transaction?

We don’t charge any fees for transactions. However, the mobile operators charge a percentage on each transaction, depending on the method used. See below:

  • Beeline: 12% plus a 10 RUB SMS service fee
  • Megafon: 13.9%
  • MTS: 10.8% per successful deposit, plus a 10 RUB SMS service fee regardless of the payment status.
  • TELE2: 11%

I have issues with my deposit. What can I do?

  • Make sure that you have an active account with the mobile network you want to use.
  • Confirm that your mobile phone is ON.
  • Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your mobile account to cover the deposit and the fees.
  • Check that the deposited amount and the fee are within the maximum limits set by your mobile network.
  • Check if you have received an SMS from MegaFon asking for your passport number; if you don’t want to give these details, please switch to a different mobile carrier supported by this payment method.

If the problem persists, call the mobile operator support team directly.

My account is blocked. What can I do?

If you got blocked, wait 10 minutes and log in again.

Remember to log out before closing your mobile app to ensure you don't get blocked by the system.

  • IOS: Tap on the 'More' button from the bottom of any screen, then select 'Logout'.
  • Android: Tap on the three-line navigation menu icon in the top left corner, then 'Logout'.
  • PokerStars Next Generation app: Account icon → Logout.
